Welcome to one of Texas' best constructed, best located, best designed, and most applauded Airport Subdivisions in Texas.  This site is designed to inform you of the City ordinances, deed restrictions, home owner association information, and other material to acquaint you with our aviation community.  This estate is connected to the airport's main taxiway via a private 32 feet wide asphalt taxiway with yellow centerline running up 3280 feet through the center of the homesites.  This subdivision also has outlining streets on the subdivision parameter giving automobile access to all the homesites without hindering any aircraft movement or harming taxiway surfaces.  A no-build line of 75 feet from centerline of taxiway will be enforced and maintained by the homeowners association of the subdivision.  It is a planned concept subdivision built in Texas and approved by TX DOT Aviation and also the First planned concept subdivision to be adopted into the City of Bridgeport.

It is the First subdivision in Texas to be attached to a federally funded municipal airport runway: equipped with AWOS, IFR approach, large paved ramp, and 24 hr credit card fuel dispensers.  The runway is 4,000 ft. long and lighted dusk til dawn.  The airport is maintained by the City if Bridgeport, TX DOT, and the FAA.  The FBO, Barham Aviation, is located on the airport in a state-of-the-art new hangar. 

Located just 1/2 a mile East of Lake Bridgeport and 5 miles West of Bridgeport on US 380/Texas 114, this Gated community is only 1.5 miles from the outstanding championship 18 hole golf course of The Club at Runaway Bay.  Golfing memberships are still available at very reasonable rates.  Lake Bridgeport is too close for anyone to forget about, either.  With over 13,000 acres of beautiful blue water, fishing and water sports are less than a mile down the highway.  Going East and South, Denton is 43 miles East on US 380 while Ft. Worth is just 40 miles down Texas 114/US 287 to the Southeast.  Alliance Airport and Texas Speedway are only 33 miles Southeast on Texas 114.  Wichita Falls is 1 hour away to the Northwest via Jacksboro.  Decatur, the County Seat is 16 miles to the East on US 380.

Twin Gates at the highway entry are equipped with state-of-the-art electronics and communications systems.  Each homeowner will be provided with In-Car remote control devices to open the gates, while the entry console will have a menu of owners names for visitor's to locate when arriving and they simply press a button which will dial the homeowner's phone so that visitor/homeowner conversation may be made before the homeowner presses a pre-selected number to open the gate for the visitor.  The gates are also programmed so they may be automatically opened during the day and automatically closed for the evening, if desired.  There is also a private gate entry to the airport for homeowners use only! 

Construction of residence is mandatory, hangar construction is optional.  (See restrictions page).  Sewer shall be by private septic systems, Water shall be provided by individual wells.  Electricity provided by TXU, Phone service provided by Sprint/United Telephone.  Fire/Police service from City of Bridgeport.  Each lot has a minimum size of Two (2) acres.
